Returns & Refunds


We have a 90-day free return policy, which means you may request a free return within 90 days of receiving your item.   However, following the passage of 90 days from the date of delivery, we no longer accept returned products.

To begin the process of a return please email us at or alternatively submit a ticket on our Contact page. Please ensure the email or ticket includes your NAME & ORDER NUMBER so that we can help process your return as quickly as possible.   Items sent back to us without full compliance with this process to first request (in writing) a return will not be accepted.

If your request to make a return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.   To qualify for our return policy, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You must include your original receipt or proof of purchase along with the item you are returning.

Please note that refunds on discounts pieces are not accepted unless there is a defect in the product quality.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and at that time we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take between 10 and 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

All taxes, customs & duties within your country is liable to be taken care of by the customer for International Orders.

If jewelry parcel is not accepted by customer via the customs process and has to be returned back to us customer is liable for the return shipping & re-stocking cost.


The Oni Commitment means that you may send back any Oni product to us within 6 months if it requires a repair due to a defect or malfunction in the product.   If the product qualifies for repair or replacement and if you send the product back to us within 6 months of the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

In order to initiate this process kindly email our customer service team at and include YOUR ORDER ID in the email, so that we may process your request.

ONI retains the right to decide whether your product is eligible for repair or replacement.  However, under The Oni Commitment, only repair or replacement (but not a refund) will be provided.  Please note that The Oni Commitment does not cover the following:

  1. Loss of Product,
  2. Scratches due to normal wear & tear,
  3. Improper storage or use of product, or
  4. Broken chains. (However, broken clasps can be repaired.)

Please also note: under The Oni Commitment, we only offer you a repair or replacement at no additional cost if one of the following circumstances has occurred:

  • The item is damaged or broken upon arrival,
  • We sent the wrong item – size, style, color; or 
  • Your parcel has been lost in transit.

Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
